Once your site is built, we'll happily put right any genuine mistakes - typos or details that need correcting - within reason. Beyond that, the plan doesn't include additional revision rounds or redesigns, but if you'd like new content, extra pages, a fresh look or further work down the track, just let us know and we'll quote it for you.

Is the website really free?

Yes. There's no upfront build cost - your website is included with your Managed WordPress Ultimate plan. You cover the plan's simple quarterly fee, and we handle the build, the hosting and the ongoing care.

Do I own the website?

While you're with us, we own and maintain your site - you're paying for the use of a professionally built, fully managed website, with none of the upkeep to worry about. If you'd like to own it outright, you can buy it at any time. Full details are in our terms.

Can I make changes to my site after it's built?

Your site is built from the details you provide when you get started, so it's worth taking a little time to fill those in well.

We'll always put right genuine mistakes - like typos or details that need correcting - within reason. For anything more, such as new content, extra pages or a design change, just let us know and we'll quote it for you.

Can I have more than four pages?

Absolutely. Your plan includes a four-page site to start, and we can add more pages whenever you need them. Just ask and we'll sort it out.

Who looks after updates and security?

We do - all of it. Updates, monitoring, malware scanning and monthly health checks are handled by our team so your site stays secure and up to date without any effort on your part.

Is there a minimum term?

No. There's no lock-in and no minimum term. You're billed a quarter at a time and can cancel whenever you like.

What happens if I cancel?

If you cancel, your site is taken offline - unless you've bought it outright. There's a short window to change your mind and reinstate it before it's removed for good, and you're always welcome to save your own content beforehand. The full details are set out in our terms.

Who owns the domain?

We hold your domain while your service is active, so there's nothing for you to manage. If you ever buy your site outright, the domain can come with it. Details are in our terms.

How do I get started?
